Clementine’s Ice Cream has announced a new fall ice cream collection that’s sure to have horror fans “Raven.”

The Missouri-based microcreamery is launching a collection of limited edition flavors inspired by the works of Edgar Allen Poe. The Edgar Allen Poe Collection features Midnight Dreary, a midnight dark chocolate ice cream disrupted by ribbons of raspberry jam; NevermOrange, an elevated dreamsicle flavored with blood orange and silky olive oil; Thing of Evil, a non-dairy caramel-miso coconut ice cream with crumbles of gluten-free chocolate sandwich cookies; and The Raven, a gothic blueberry muffin ice cream.

All four flavors are now available at all Clementine’s scoop shops.

“Poe created worlds that feel vivid, atmospheric and a little unsettling, which gave our team so much to play with. We translated that mood into flavors that are unexpected but still genuinely delicious,” said Clementine’s Ice Cream’s CEO and Founder, Tamara Keefe. “You don’t need to know every Poe reference to enjoy the collection, but those who do will find another layer waiting for them.”

In addition to The Edgar Allen Poe Collection, Clementine’s is also offering Pumpkin Gooey Butter Cake and Ashleigh’s Apple Cranberry Pie. On Halloween, the microcreamery will also have the Crypt Keeper’s Stash, a one-day only exclusive featuring milk chocolate ice cream with a salted caramel swirl and cookie dough bites.
